WELFARE REFORM MITIGATION
Aberdeen Citizens Advice Bureau employs a full-time Welfare Rights Worker whose main role is to provide advice and assistance, support and representation to residents of Aberdeen City who want to appeal a benefit decision.
The Welfare Rights Officer can help you to prepare your appeal and provide representation at Tribunal.
The service is free and allows clients to appeal an adverse decision which can impact greatly on their quality of life.
If you need assistance with claiming benefits or appealing a benefits decision, you should, in the first instance drop-in or call us to schedule an appointment.
Alternatively, if you live in one of Aberdeen's regeneration areas: Cummings Park, Middlefield, Northfield, Seaton, Tillydrone, Torry, Woodside and Powis, you can drop-in or schedule an appointment at your local outreach.
